Our products are safely shipped globally from London, United Kingdom or New York, USA. We offer free standard shipping that takes 2-5 days depending on the destination.
FREE DUTIES & TAXES*
All import taxes and duties to UK, US, EU, CH, NO, CAN, MX, SG, AU NZ, JP, KR, ZA are included in the price. No additional charges on arrival.
Rest of the World: Any applicable taxes and duties remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by local authorities and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Rates may vary depending on the country.
FREE RETURNS*
If you are not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 30 days. Please note, that returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 15 days to return unsuitable items.
UK and the USA: Free 30 day returns and full refund on all orders from the UK and the USA.
Rest of the World: Full refund upon receipt of the return within 30 days. Esin Akan does not offer free returns at this time outside UK and USA. However, we do offer free returns for international orders returning for an exchange or store credit.
