My order never arrived, and I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service so far. I’m open to editing this review if the matter gets resolved. Here’s where things stand: I contacted customer support on August 25th after a supposed delivery attempt. They did respond, saying they’d contacted the courier and that updates should appear via a tracking link. Those updates never showed up. I went in person to my local post office, who confirmed the package had never arrived there. There’s been no movement on the tracking since. I followed up with customer support again on August 27th, and again on Monday to request a refund, as I still hadn’t received my order. As of now, I still haven’t heard back from them. I understand that delivery issues can happen and aren’t always the seller’s fault, but the lack of any follow-up or reassurance that they’re even looking into it is why I’m leaving this review. Happy to update it if that changes.

It’s not easy to cinch the bag closed when I carry it in the crook of my arm. It’s much more practical to do so when I’m wearing it cross-body and have my hands free. I also wish I could carry the bag using both the strap and the top handle without risking damage from the hook. As it stands, the bag can be carried either by the top handle or with the strap attached, but not both at the same time. Other than these minor issues, I absolutely love the bag.

Great bag - but the leather could be a bit softer. But great style and very versatile.
I've got a Midi Emma in Olive leather, and this bag exceeded my expectations. The olive leather material is certainly lighter than the real leather. It has a very soft and buttery feel. It is easy to squeeze the drawstring and feels very comfortable on the shoulder as a crossbody. I also like the short strap option. Great value and quality, sustainable as well!
First off, I’d like to say customer service was great and very responsive. The bag was on backorder and may not arrive on time for my trip. They were very helpful, said they will take note to prioritize the order. And I did get the bag way before my trip. Thank you! As for the bag, I love the size and weight. But from looking at pictures online, I was under the impression or was hoping that it was a deeper black. It was not and I am a little disappointed. And another thing I wish is that the O ring where you attach the bag handle and bag strap could be a little bigger. When you have both straps attached, it’s really a tight fit. I was wanting to hook a bag charm to the ring but just won’t work. But other than that, it’s a great bag.

Very versatile and spacious bag
Perfect size and the quality is unmistakable. I appreciate a zip pocket and place for sunglasses and cell placement. The design is feminine and the gray color picks up the pastels I wear along with my silver hair! I would only ask that an inside loop to anchor car fob and house key would make it perfection!
I saw this bag online and showed it to my husband as a gift idea—he ended up purchasing the grey Midi Emma for me. It has exceeded all my expectations. The photos truly don’t do it justice. It is absolutely stunning in reality. The leather is of exceptional quality, smells amazing, size is perfect and the colour is both elegant and versatile. The packaging was beautifully done, making the unboxing experience a real pleasure. I’m completely in love with this bag.
I purchased this bag in grey. The photo shows tan so I contacted the seller directly to make sure they were sending the grey. Great Customer Service. This bag seems very durable and doesn't seem like it will scratch easily. I do not consider the leather supple soft but a tad structured which is good because of its size and since it can be used as a satchel. The strap is easily adjustable when you are wearing the bag. It has two interior slip pockets and an interior zip pocket. I consider this a medium size bag. It has an understated simple classy vibe about it. Its nice if you want something nice but not too showy. I love that it so versatile. I've counted several variations that this bag can be worn from casual to dressy. Right now I have both the handle and long strap attached. To get it on like this, first put on the handle then use the clips to secure the long strap. It's a tight fit but works.

I love my Emma bag! The only thing I would change in the tan colour is the lining colour. I love the red lining in black one but it came with a beige lining in the tan colour. Regardless, the lining and leather are both very good quality! I would recommend 100%!
Mine came in beautiful packaging and the bag was excellent except a little defect on the drawstring. The company immediately replaced my bag, offered free returns. I've got the new one and looks absolutely amazing! SO happy the customer service did not make a fuss and offered such great service.
