Our products are safely shipped globally from London, United Kingdom or New York, USA.
Orders placed between 1st and 20th December are eligible for extended returns till 15th January 2025.

We offer Free Shipment to all UK and international customers. If your order is urgent, please, make a note at check-out.
If you are not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 28 days. Please note, that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

US Orders: All taxes and duties to the U.S. are included in the price stated at checkout and covered by Esin Akan. If the order is returned the customer will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged.

Since Brexit, all orders arriving to a country that is a member of the European Union, need to undergo a customs clearance process that doesn't require any payment.
